Our prices are in US Dollars and our prices are FOB Miami.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. We use carriers such as Federal Express, UPS, DHL, specialized door-to-door carriers to each country or any carrier of your preference.
We take great pride in our shipping, which starts with re-inspecting the equipment and premium quality packaging.
Products are carefully re-inspected before packing. Photographs and videos are taken of the equipment, first in working conditions and then before packing, detailed with each customer’s name.
Heavy duty bubble wrap is then used to wrap each piece of equipment. Products are then placed in reinforced carton boxes filled with peanuts for further protection. We use FedEx and UPS’ recommendations for packing, 2” of peanuts are added to each side of the equipment and in between product and box.
New pictures are taken of the completed box and stored in each customer’s digital file.
Import Duties
Customer is responsible for import and custom duties. Customer is responsible to abide by his or her country’s laws and regulations pertaining to the importation of medical products and accepts responsibility for any and all import duties, fees or taxes as applicable.
SH Medical Corp. assumes no responsibility in the transportation of material sold to customer.
SH Medical facilitates the shipping. SH Medical is not the carrier and cannot assume responsibilities for damage during shipping, losses, etc.
Payment
We accept PayPal and major credit and debit cards – American Express, Diners, Master Card and Visa – A 4% processing fee will be added to all credit card transactions
Wire transfers – Please request our Bank information before paying.
Checks: We accept personal and company checks. – Orders (or shipments) will be immediately processed upon confirmation of check clearance.
Florida Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all products picked up from our offices or shipped within Florida.
Delivery time
For domestic shipping, we will inform you the delivery time. If product quoted is in stock, we ship immediately after receiving payment.
For international shipping, delivery time varies from country to country. Please ask us.

Used equipment we buy/sell
S.H. Medical has implemented a control system to buy equipment. We require our vendors to have full and unencumbered title to the equipment sold to us. We require vendors to sign affidavits acknowledging this ownership and full cooperation with the authorities should a question arise about the equipment being transferred.
S.H. Medical Corp. does not purchase or sell equipment without valid serial numbers.

Questions About Your Order
I need to change my delivery address, can I?
As long as your package has not left our warehouse, we can change your shipping address. Please contact us immediately by phone (305-406-2222) to update your address information.
I am outside of the USA. How do I import my equipment to my country?
We recommend hiring a broker to get your items through customs. Each country has different legislations, please check with your country’s laws and regulations. It is our customer’s responsibility to clear customs and abide by their countries’ laws and regulations.
We can export to all countries in good standing with the USA.
How do I track my order?
We strive to keep you informed throughout the sales and shipping process. We will send you tracking numbers of your shipment so you can easily track your order, or you can call us at (305) 406-2222 or email us.
How long until I receive my products?
Depends on the order. If we have everything in stock and payment was received, most times we can ship the same day or next day at the latest.
If some products had to be ordered to fill the order, your sales representative will inform you (we usually let you know before you pay to avoid any problems) and make a decision.
Can the price of my equipment be changed on the commercial invoice?
No. It is against United States’ law to alter invoices.
How can I expedite my order?
Domestic shipping has the option to be shipped Next Day, 2nd day, 3rd Day or Ground. Prices vary and upon your request, we can quote each option and you can make a decision.
How do you ship internationally?
We have better rates with FedEx, savings which we pass on to you. However, different countries have different couriers preferred. We can ship through anyone you indicate to us. We prefer couriers with excellent tracking and reliability services.

Do you sell refurbished equipment only?
We sell refurbished AND new equipment.
Our refurbished equipment undergoes testing beyond what our competitors do. We examine each aspect of functionality. We have specialized testing machines to ensure the perfect functionality of the products we sell Our new equipment is also tested before shipping. Sometimes products have problems during transportation, so we want to catch those problems before the equipment gets to our customers.
What is the warranty on your products?
In general, 90 days for refurbished equipment and we extend the manufacturer’s warranty for the new equipment. We can provide extended warranty, at an extra cost, which depends on the equipment being sold. Please ask us.
Why does price fluctuate for the same product?
Supply and demand. Some products from certain manufacturers are more sought after than others. And if demand exceeds supply, we have to pay more for the same products.
How long until I receive my products?
Depends on the order. If we have everything in stock and payment was received, most times we can ship the same day or next day at the latest.

How do you source your equipment?
We have a large database of Hospitals, Surgery Centers, Clinics, Representatives and other reputable and trusted dealers that help each other when there’s a need. We only buy and sell equipment with serial numbers that can be tracked, and are very strict about being able to trace the origins of the equipment.
I need something that you don’t have in stock. How long will it take you to get it?
Depending on the product, we can source it immediately or it can take us some time. We will inform you before you pay us for the equipment and you will make the decision.
The picture in your website does not match cosmetically the product I received.
We sell a lot of equipment daily. Pictures on our website are from actual products in our stock. The product will always be the same you purchased, but the equipment may be different cosmetically.

I have broken equipment, can I send it to you? How?
As long as the equipment is from an FDA approved manufacturer, you can send it to us via Federal Express, DHL or any courier of your choice. Just let us know before you send so we can easily identify it and help expedite the shipment to us. We repair all the equipment we sell, from telescopes to video cameras, shaver motors to light sources.
Once we receive the equipment, you will be provided with an estimate to repair it. You can then accept or decline the repair. All our repairs are performed by our trusted and highly specialized technicians on each field.
